Nice apartment but poor support from the rental team. No support or help in case of problems

The apartment is nice.

The washing machine did not work, and no one from the renters did anything about it even if I asked for the problem to be solved as soon as possible. They didn't do anything about it, and I was in the apartment for 12 days, so they had time, but they are not professional.

What a disappointing experience!

I didnt like anything about the whole attitude by Noclegi renters team who own the apartment. At first we rented another apartment, owned again by Noclegi and again we booked through Booking. Six days before our arrival to the apartment the company told us that the apartment is unavailable because of some technical issues and they offered us two other options but not through Booking but they referred us to their own Polish website. I refused to book through this website and I canceled my reservation. Then I found this apartment “Cozy Apartment in Warsaw's Praga District” again owned by Noclegi, and I went through with the reservation. But...

This is a scam. The apartment is owned by some Polish rental company called Noclegi Renters. Four days before our arrival they sent me a message claiming that they cannot process payment with my credit card and they referred me to their Polish website and actually urging me to do it within two hours! I refused to do it and I said that I am going to upload another credit card in Booking. A day later they told me again, they cannot process my other credit card either. I am using both credit cards almost every day and didn’t have issues ever! I suspected that they are just trying to avoid Booking fee by claiming they cannot process payments so that’s why I contacted Booking immediately after this. Unfortunately, Booking wasn’t very supportive either. They contacted the owners and told me that indeed the owners are using their Polish website whenever a customer’s payment cannot go through in Booking and the Booking representative reassured me that this is a legitimate site and I should go through with the payment. When I asked if I can cancel my reservation cause I don’t want to pay to another website, Booking told me that now it is too late to cancel for free. We felt trapped so of course in the end we had to pay to this other website to finalize our reservation. In the end we ended up paying more than the reservation in Booking, although the representative said that I shouldn’t be charged more. Also, my question is how can my credit card be processed in their website and not in Booking??!! How can Booking accept people advertising their apartments and not paying the fee in Booking? The apartment wasn’t great either. Only bathroom towels were provided, not smaller ones for hands, no hand soap, no laundry detergent, unclean pots, not enough toilet paper. I contacted Noclegi about stuff that was missing, they said they are not included in the reservation.

Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

Byt byl velmi čistý. Velkou výhodou je parkovací místo. Vše v bytě fungovalo jak mělo. Všechny instrukce byly srozumitelné a check in bez problémů.

Jediným nedostatkem je málo úložného prostoru pro Vaše osobní věci (přestože skříní je v bytě hodně), protože všude byly schované prostředky na úklid atd.
