Not very Cosy

Absolutely nothing

"COSY STUDIO 906" Im hoping to give a breakdown that I hoped I would've had before booking. Firstly when you say cosy apartment "with pool" maybe mention its communal and 5 floors down from the apartment. I only read private pool along with the booking name thus assuming its really private. Walking into the building is like a dungeon. Cold and closed up. Then... the apartment is definitely neat and the smart lock system seems nice but gosh, extremely small and cramped. Felt claustrophobic the minute I walked in. Felt like there was no ventilation besides the aircon. The toilet is extremely cramped as well. Not pleasant at all. Then the main and final let down is the parking. They were busy with construction. (Non of this was mentioned prior by the way) We almost scratched our car twice having to squeeze through. Getting into the parking is up a very narrow incline. Don't even think about it if your car is even abit low. Ours isn't even low but we scrapped the lip terribly trying to to leave. And this because the assigned parking bay is basically in the road or way where cars turn to go up to the next parking level. We were definitely not taking the risk of hoping no1 bumps or scratches our car and it definitely would've happened considering how tight the parking is. Nothing about the place was easy to be honest. It was extremely stressful if you actually care about your belongings and comfortability. We were so disappointed in this place. Might be cosy for 1 night stay in winter but definitely not in summer. Not a simple lock up and leave situation for us. It's seriously just if you park you stay until you leave kind of situation. But wouldn't have had a good night's sleep knowing and trusting where your car has to park. Definitely not worth losing R1300 odd as we ended up not staying and canceling (without any refund) what should've been a relaxing night away for us as a couple.

Quick lock up and go.

Lock up and go with entrance code is very sufficient. Face id security definitely a plus feature for entrance in and out of the building. The studio was very clean and comfortable.

Nothing.
