The vacation home offers 110 m² of comfortable living space. You’ll enjoy a quiet location with complete privacy, as you’ll have the entire house—including the 250 m² garden—all to yourselves. The garden is completely fenced in. You’ll find seating areas, a grill, and playground equipment. Two parking spaces are available.
Our vacation home, with 110 m² of living space, offers plenty of room. On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, the farmhouse living room,
the TV room, and the bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and a walk-in closet.0
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, and a
small seating area. Of course, you’ll find a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, and silverware.
Our farmhouse dining room offers plenty of space for meals and cozy get-togethers. During the cold season, the
tiled stove can be lit.
The TV room features a couch and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has natural light and is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.
Towels and bed linens are provided.
The first bedroom has a large double bed, and a crib can be added upon request.
The second bedroom is particularly suitable for children; it is furnished with a bunk bed, a seating area, and a
small flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed.
There is also a dressing room on the first floor with a large closet. This room houses an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner.
The house has Wi-Fi. Cleaning supplies and a high chair are also available.

On hot summer days, the Ainringer Erlebnisbad, just a two-minute drive away, offers a refreshing escape for young and old alike.
There is also a mini-golf course there.

The city of Salzburg is just a 15-minute drive away.
Our vacation home is very centrally located.
Berchtesgaden and Bad Reichenhall, the Chiemgau region, and the Salzburg region are quick and easy to reach
and offer a wide variety of hiking opportunities and places to visit.
