Located right downtown on Union Street, this apartment is within walking distance of all the best that Traverse City has to offer with an on-site parking lot right out the back door. Including Maxbauer's Gourmet Market and Brady's Bar directly across the street. Brady's is famous for their spicy chicken wings and classic bar food. Less than a block away is Blue Tractor, which specializes in barbecue and comfort food. Numerous other bars, restaurants, beaches, and the famous State & Bijou theatres are only a short walk away.
Both apartments in this historic building are recently refurbished. Please note this apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator access.

Great choice for a quick stay in Traverse City. Great location; a short walk to Front Street with a bbq place and nice local bar right across the street. Apartment was clean and well appointed.

The location of this property was perfect for walking around downtown TC.It was clean, and well stocked to meet our needs.It was very easy to find and to get into the property.We would definitely stay here again!

First, the location is fantastic! We were able to walk to a lot of fun places (meals, beach, shopping, etc.)Spatially, the apartment is great! We are a family of 5 - kid ages 15, 12 & 10.With a few tweaks I feel like the property could be great. Many light bulbs were burned out (main kitchen light, can light in second bedroom & fan light in hallway. The light fixtures did not seem to be anchored to the ceiling - totally aesthetic, but would make it appear better kept. There were knobs missing from closet doors and there are no overhead lights in bedrooms and the stand alone lights seems insufficient. There were portable fans in the kitchen, but the batteries were dead l.The king bed squeaks - A LOT - we threw the girls in there and took the queen bed. Not ideal, but everyone slept. We had to move the bed a bit on our last night because the mini split was dripping. It would be helpful to have easy access to cleaning supplies (sponge in kitchen sink, maybe a cordless vacuum and we could not locate a broom, etc.)Like I said - a few little tweaks and it could be great! I will say site the host is very responsive and was open to doing what he could to accommodate us.
