A villa in the historic center with a charming gravel garden exuding classic Tuscan charm, surrounded by countless plants and flowers, making it a delightful and peaceful corner of the countryside away from the noise of the city center—the perfect place to relax while reading a book or enjoying lunch, aperitifs, and dinner.
The apartment has been renovated while preserving its original style with wooden beams and is equipped with every modern convenience.

The apartment consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a study, and an open-concept lounge area with another sofa bed and a space for wine testing or enjoying an aperitif.The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.
Equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi; 1 Samsung 50" HD Smart TV in the living room with satellite cable (English, French, German channels, etc.); 3 Samsung 43" HD Smart TVs in the bedrooms.All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The open-concept space features a study with a desk—ideal for a workspace—and a 55" Samsung TV with a Soundbar for listening to music.
The apartment is located in the heart of Lucca, just a short walk from the Basilica of San Paolino, making it an excellent base for exploring the city—strolling toward Piazza San Michele, the Amphitheater, the Guinigi Tower, Piazza Napoleone, and the designer shopping paradise of Via Fillungo and Via del Battistero. You can also rent bicycles and take a ride along the medieval city walls to explore the surroundings of Lucca and its attractions (bicycles may be stored inside the private courtyard)
Getting to the apartment is very convenient. The bus terminal is 200 meters away, the train station is a 10-minute walk, and there is a private parking lot 50 meters away (we can make a reservation).

Dimora Paolina is lovely in every way........comfortable, private, quiet and also in a perfect location. The interior is beautiful , well appointed, and well maintained. It exceeded our expectations. Riccardo is an exceptional host. His attention to detail assured we were well taken care of. Our family felt at home and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return .

Riccardo was amazing and the property was the best we’ve ever stayed at! Lucca is wonderful and I would give this house a 20/10 if we could! We would definitely come back and stay here again-clean safe area and the house had everything u could ever need! Absolutely loved it and wish we were still there

Beautiful home in the perfect location! The hosts were very kind and helpful. This was a terrific place to stay with a family. The entertainment space on the bottom floor was so nice!
