We should've left after the 1st night

Easy checkin, allowed in 30 minutes early. Rain shower is good. Kitchen has basic supplies like oil, salt pepper, etc. Can walk from bus station. There are lots of plug-ins.

On our final night, we were awaken by water dripping on the bed right onto our faces. Investigations showed lots of black mold at the source. Also black mold in shower. The neighbors are loud, yelling at each other into the middle of the night. Not sure what is going on with the roof but it is extremely loud and sleep disturbing. Almost sounds as if someone is walking on it but there are no upstairs neighbors. On top of getting showered on and serenaded by the roof and screaming neighbors during our final attempt at sleep, we were asked to take out the trash when leaving. We didn't because if you want someone to cleanup apartment when done, why rent it? If a requirement of guests, put in the property listing. There are many bugs because the front door window does not close properly. So not only does it let bugs in, it doesn't feel completely safe and every time a neighbor has a cigarette, you get to share it from within the apartment. We were aware of the so called "stairs" but didn't comprehend it really is more of a ladder. Each step is only 12 cm deep and at least 30cm between rungs/steps. They are also incredibly loud, so no one can sleep if when the ladder is used. You cannot safely bring things upstairs because you need two hands to make it yourself. Going down backwards is also recommended for proper grip. Which is made more difficult because of the low ceiling and even lower beam at top of ladder. Basically you almost have to crawl into bed. Its a similar situation to do laundry. The apartment never gets dark because of the window on front door and a ceiling window. Neither have curtains and there is a very bright street light. No toilet paper holder. No where to put items by wc sink. No coat hangers near by door. The shelf with dishes looks like a fall is imminent. The kitchen sink leaks. One of tv remote batteries dead. The WC door does not close properly.

Stylish and neat

New and clean. Quite practical for a short stay!

A small balcony would be great but as I say for a short stay it’s very cosy and nice.
