Good value for money, clean well presented apartment.

Apartment was lovely and very clean, nice layout. Host and communication was great. Was fortunate with parking space on every evening. Host was lovely and communication was good.

Great location, could be better.

The location was convenient for our family visit. Wifi was good.

Whilst the flat *could* be great, our experience didn't live up to the expectations of the pictures. The beds were comfortable, but it was impossible to unpack as there are no drawers, and only 5 hangers provided. There were only 2 forks in the kitchen (despite it being a flat for 4), which meant we had to improvise as a family of 4 during our stay as despite assuring us they would drop more off, none arrived. Despite checking before our stay, there were no oven trays at the flat ... only the shelves in the oven. We were unable to get the induction hob to eork during our stay, and did not have the time to repeatedly try to video our efforts to make it work as we were staying to visit family not hang around the flat. I'd question whether the flat had been properly cleaned / checked before our arrival as there was rubbish from previous guests under the toaster, thick dust on skirting boards, dust under the beds and the cooker hood is caked in grease, and dirt marks on kitchen floor. The shower door slide wasn't connected on the bottom runner so was a bit precarious with a 6 yo. Also could do with a proper clean around the base. The flat states quiet hours between 2100 and 0800. Whilst we stuck to these, the flat upstairs clearly have a different view of times, as the first night they were excessively loud until 2300, and the second until 2230 - which led to not being able to get the 6yo to sleep. The outside space is a bonus, but the access to it is through the twin bedroom which does limit its useability for young families. Also, the twin room only has the door and no stand alone window which meant not able to leave window open in the night for ventilation. Initial contact with the agents was good, but petered out as we raised concerncerns during our stay.

Apartment was lovely and very clean, nice layout. Host and communication was great. Was fortunate with parking space on every evening. Host was lovely and communication was good.

The street was not nice. But once in apartment was fine.
