Location is good, not far from center and near tram stop
Old apartment, cleaning isn’t not good. We booked for 3 person, but towels were for 2. Elevator isn’t working, so we need to carry our luggage from parking to 3 floor used emergency staircase

We love this place, its really clean and tidy and nicely furnished with functional facilities. We love the convenient indoor car park too, and Super U market is just across the street. We’d recommend this place to anyone going to Nice. Clean bathroom and toilet. Nice balcony facing the street.
Train station to Monaco and Cannes is less than 10min walk away.
Its about 2 km away from the beach but can be accessed using tram. One area to be improved is the sofa bed.. its not suitable for 2 people, the center is too soft and it hurt our backs after sleeping on it.

Słońce na tarasie ☀️ w kuchni dostępne niezbędnie naczynia . Dostęp do Internetu.
Ręczniki miały nieprzyjemny zapach. Sofa w salonie wymaga czyszczenia. Sierść psa, kota? Bardzo stara pralka, nie używałam- uszkodzone drzwi.
