Horrible experience never coming here again

I liked how the location of the venue was so convenient

The property manager lied about of a few things, including the deposit where he made it very hard for us to get a deposit back purely because we are flying out the same day and he required us to have a Malaysian bank for us to be able to get a deposit secondly and more importantly the facility was not clean at all with bedsheets not changed and we could see stains on the bedsheet. They were not towels which were clean for us to use. They were hardly any other soaps for us to use. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Acceptable

1.location is great 2.bila bila mart is very convenient 3. Easy to get grab all the time 4. Very close to MITEC 5. Several amazing vegetarian restaurants nearby 6. Easy check in and check out

The building’s lighting at night resembles a disco, particularly the lighting inside the lifts, which I found uncomfortable. I was also disturbed by the staff repeatedly coming to my room to inform me that I had ordered an extra bed, even though I had already clarified that I had not made such a request. They returned again despite my explanation. As I did not know who was outside my door or whether they were authorized to enter, I chose not to open the door. This situation made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about privacy and security. Furthermore, the blanket was itchy, and I developed rashes after sleeping with it for just one night. I did not expect this standard of bedding in Mont Kiara, Malaysia. The discomfort made me hardly sleep, as I constantly felt as though something was crawling over my body whenever I lay in bed. The lights of the room is dim In blue colour
