A colorful and cheerful ground-floor apartment, equipped with all the amenities to accommodate up to 5 people, recently renovated.
It is located in the historic center of the ancient fishing village of San Feliciano, considered one of the places with the most beautiful sunsets in the world, just a stone’s throw from Lake Trasimeno and only a 20-minute drive from Perugia: a perfect location for exploring the wonders of Umbria.
The 90-square-meter apartment is spread over three levels connected by internal stairs.
It features 2 separate entrances: the main entrance leads directly to the living room (first floor), while the secondary entrance leads to the first floor and to the charming Urban-style game room, which includes 4 bicycles available for use.
