The only thing we liked was how close to the Seawall the property was easy walking distance.
The house would only cool down during the night so all of us had to buy fans for our rooms to try and stay cool. The downstairs bathroom door when fully shut could not be opened from the inside and would have to be opened by someone from the outside to let you out. The upstairs bathroom’s bath tub only had cold water, no hot water. We found out that if you used the upstairs shower it would cause water to leak through the ceiling of the downstairs kitchen where property management had taped a piece of card board to the ceiling as a “fix”. This intern made it to where people could only shower or get cleaned up in the downstairs bathroom. With 16 guests this was a nightmare. Not mention that the cardboard patch busted exposing a hole in the ceiling with what looked to be black mold growing around it and flooded the downstairs kitchen floor and ruined some of the food we had bought to cook while staying here. When we first arrived it also appeared that the house had not been cleaned very well as we had found bathing suits from previous guests still in the downstairs bathroom, breast milk in the downstairs freezer, and various ballon’s and birthday decorations in the upstairs section. The door knob to the downstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds would fall off if you twisted it to open the door. With all these issues we contacted the management company and they sent a cleaning crew the first time to actually clean the house since it didn’t seem like any body had cleaned before we got there. Then they sent a plumber who just retaped some new cardboard over the hole which promptly fell again the next day. Then they sent out another person to help clean the standing water in the kitchen as we had ran out of towels to soak up the water.
