Expérience très décevante et manque total de professionnalisme de la part de l'agence Interhome.
Mon séjour dans l'Apartment Les Mas de Pramousquier-14 by Interhome à Pramousquier a été un fiasco. Le processus de check-in n'est pas des plus simples. Il n'est pas facile de les joindre toujours au téléphone et on doit se rendre au centre-ville du Lavandou pour récupérer les clés, ce qui ne facilite pas les choses, mais jusque-là rien de grave.
Une fois au bureau, on nous a expliqué la localisation de la place de parking à l'aide d'un plan. Cependant, une fois arrivés, les places de parking étaient numérotées de manière totalement désordonnée et le plan était difficilement interprétable, rendant la recherche de notre emplacement attribué extrêmement compliquée et chronophage.
Ensuite une fois entrés dans l'appartement nous avons découvert un nid de guêpes et des traces d'autres anciens nids de guêpes. Plus préoccupant encore, dès que nous ouvrions les fenêtres, des guêpes et des frelons tentaient de revenir vers leurs anciens nids à l'intérieur du logement. Il y avait aussi des excréments sur le sol qui semblaient venir de rongeurs ou de chauve-souris. Les poutres du plafond qui s'effritaient répandaient de la saleté directement sur les draps. Cet état général n'était vraiment pas acceptable pour un logement de vacances.
Face à cette situation intenable et dans la précipitation pour ne pas gâcher nos trois jours de vacances restants, nous avons pris la décision de chercher et de réserver un hôtel en urgence. Nous avons dû supporter un coût supplémentaire conséquent pour pouvoir enfin passer un séjour agréable, loin de cet appartement insalubre et mal géré.
Le lendemain matin, en allant rendre les clés au bureau Interhome Lavandou, l'accueil n'a pas été agréable. On nous a d'abord dit que nous ne serions pas remboursés, mais que nous pouvions "toujours essayer". Après avoir suivi la procédure par mail, la réponse a été catégorique : aucun remboursement. Ils ont prétexté que nous n'aurions pas demandé de "réparation" sur le moment et nous ont reproché de ne pas avoir appelé un service d'astreinte qui aurait "tout nettoyé". Un numéro d'astreinte nous avait effectivement été communiqué, mais sur le moment, nous n'avons pas pensé à l'utilité d'appeler ce service dans de telles conditions, surtout que nous étions là pour très peu de jours (saleté, insectes, état général du logement).
Malgré le fait que nous ayons rendu les clés dès le lendemain matin, bien avant la fin officielle de notre séjour et que nous ayons une preuve de ce retour anticipé, Interhome refuse catégoriquement de nous rembourser quoi que ce soit. Cette attitude, à mes yeux, démontre un manque total de professionnalisme, de considération pour le client, et une mauvaise foi évidente.
