The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very good. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Amazing value for the area, perfect spot near the galata tower but not on the busy street itself so the sweet spot. Hotel is upto date and seems recently renovated.
Staff amazing, Alp and Abdullah especially, helped me with many queries across my stay.

The breakfast options were good. The cleanliness is where it lacked. The room was not in the best condition and the cleaning was not thoroughly done daily to where we were wiping things down with disinfectant wipes. The shelf in the shower was broken and so was the toilet seat. The AC worked occasionally and the vinyl floors were chipped and separating in some areas.
