About this house rental
Built in 2021, this thatched semi-detached house is located in the tranquil district of Böhl and offers everything a vacationer could wish for. With its exclusive and tasteful furnishings, you can enjoy your getaway on the North Sea to the fullest here. A sauna and a fireplace in the cozy living area create a warm and inviting atmosphere, and you can spend relaxing hours together on the beautiful terrace with its fenced-in property. The nearby forest and dike offer plenty of opportunities to explore nature. Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on long walks; the charming village center is also just a 10-minute bike ride away.
The living space of approximately 160 m² spans two levels and is divided as follows:
First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, Mylin wood-burning stove, and access to the terrace; one bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm — single mattresses) and TV, as well as an en suite shower room, a guest restroom, and an utility room
From April through October, garden furniture is available on the terrace so you can enjoy meals outdoors when the weather is nice.
Upper level: a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm—single mattresses), TV, and an en suite shower room; a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm—single mattresses) and an en suite shower room; and a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm—single mattresses), a bathroom with a shower and built-in sauna
The windows in the sleeping area are equipped with blackout curtains; in addition, many windows have insect screens.
Outside, there is a covered area for bicycles, and the property is fully fenced.
Two parking spaces are available for your use.
