Enjoy the charm of a vacation in an American-style villa—right by the sea!

Villino Dei Poeti is the ideal choice for one or more families, or groups of friends who love spacious surroundings and comfort. Spread over four levels, with a large garden and patio where you can spend warm summer evenings, Villino Dei Poeti features, on the first floor, a spacious living room with a sofa, a built-in kitchen fully equipped with dishes and cookware, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a gas stove, and a microwave; a half-bath completes this level.

A wide staircase leads to the upper floor, where a charming interior balcony provides access to the sleeping area, which features three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a balcony, and a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub serves the other bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor, in the attic, and offers a splendid sea view from its small terrace. The basement, meanwhile, is the perfect spot for evening gatherings: a large open space with a second kitchen, a living area with a sofa and TV, and a pool table. A large bathroom with a shower stall completes the floor. For a completely relaxing vacation and to ensure your comfort, you'll find an initial supply of bed linens and towels included in the price upon arrival.
