Apartment located in the beautiful historic center of Nardò. A very recent renovation has struck the perfect balance between the past and the present. The property features a distinctive exposed star-shaped vault in the living area and a stunning barrel vault in the bedroom.
I’m available to provide any information or advice you need for your vacation in Salento. Nardò is strategically located for visiting the seaside resorts of Porto Selvaggio, Santa Caterina, and Santa Maria al Bagno. It’s very close to the beaches of Porto Cesareo and Gallipoli. Lecce is only 20 km away, and Otranto is just a 35-minute drive. The perfect location for your vacation in Salento!
The property is very easy to reach, as it’s located parallel to the central Via Roma, where you’ll find all kinds of shops and services. Just a short walk away, you can visit the Acquaviva Castle, then lose yourself in the narrow streets of the historic center until you reach the beautiful Piazza Salandra, whose Baroque architecture has been featured in numerous Italian films. Via Cialdini is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and therefore not accessible by car, but since it runs parallel to Via Roma, you can park your car on Via Roma or on the adjacent streets along the public road.
