About this apartment rental
A very bright and comfortable 100-square-meter apartment in the northern part of town, the quietest area of Fregene. A 5-minute walk from the sea, the public beach, and beach clubs, and close to downtown. Also a 5-minute walk from the Cotral bus stop for Rome and the airport. Nearby you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, café, fruit shop, and bank. Large living room with air conditioning, 1 master bedroom with two 110-cm beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, Vortice ceiling fans with multiple speed settings, independent heating, Wi-Fi, a garden, and an outdoor shower. Access via a private gate, intercom, and free street parking and on-site parking for small cars. An outdoor staircase leads up from the garden. Ideal for both those seeking peace and relaxation and those who love to have fun.

When making a reservation, you must submit a copy of each guest’s ID to prepare the tourist rental agreement, which must be signed upon arrival.
A tourist tax of €4.50 in cash per day per guest (excluding those exempt) is due upon arrival.
For a fourth guest, there is an additional charge of €50 per night.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Please notify us of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 30 minutes late, a €20 surcharge will apply.
Recyclable waste must be sorted on the designated days and placed outside the gate.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Late check-in is available by arrangement.
Check-in between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM incurs a €20.00 surcharge.
If keys are lost, a €200 fee applies to replace the lock.
Use of the washing machine: €5 per day.
Photography and video recording are not permitted.
In case of damage to the property, a charge of €200 will be applied to your credit card.
For stays longer than 6 nights, there is a €30 cleaning fee and a €20 linen change fee.
