Comportamento inaccettabile

A truly disgraceful experience, especially because of the way the property handled the situation after the stay. We had booked and paid €1,111 for a room intended for four people. Shortly before our departure, my partner and I were unfortunately unable to travel due to serious family issues. The other two girls included in the booking travelled as planned. At that point, the property itself contacted them and suggested that they leave the room we had booked and paid for four people and move to a smaller room. It was specifically in connection with this change of room that the manager voluntarily offered us a refund. None of us had asked for or demanded one: the offer came directly from him as a result of moving the girls to a smaller room. The girls therefore agreed to move, while the property was able to have the larger room, for which we had already paid €1,111, available again. From that point on, however, the situation became absolutely ridiculous. We were told that they would check with their accounts department and get back to us. We waited. We contacted them again after a week. We continued to ask for nothing more than an update. No clear answer ever came. It has now been more than a month. I find this behaviour extremely unfair. If you have no intention of issuing the refund you offered, then simply say so. What I find unacceptable is offering a refund in connection with moving guests to a smaller room, having them agree to the change, then telling the customer that you are checking with your accounts department, only to essentially stop responding for weeks. What makes the situation even more disappointing is that we had explained that we had managed to reschedule our flights for June 2027 and that, despite what had happened, we would probably have chosen this property again for our stay. After the way we have been treated, we obviously will not. At this point, it is not even about the money anymore.

I do not recommend this property or their customer service to anyone.

I arrived at this property to be informed that the accommodation that I had reserved and paid for was unavailable as there were other clients staying in the accommodation. I cannot emphasise how beautiful how this impacted me and the stress and inconvenience it caused to try and get another property that suited a group of 8 people that day. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The lack of communication in informing me that the property was unavailable. This property confirmed the booking and accepted payment even though there was no availability. Simply not a good way to treat customers.

Nice and quiet hotel, worth the price

The staff are kind and helpful. Mario is awesome. The pool area is very nice and also the rooms are comfortable for the price.

The internet is basically not working. Even when it works, you can't really use it properly. The location is far from the sea which requires a bus ride to the nearest beach or a car. In general, to get around the area you need a car.

Brak ręcznika papierowego i wody. Zazwyczaj jest. Może większe pokoje są bardziej nowoczesne. U nas wszystko było bardzo stare. I ten nieprzyjemny zapach. Cena za duża jak na warunki. Powinno kosztować 55€ za noc.
