The living room was very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax during our stay.
The bedroom was quite small, and its window faced the corridor, which made the room feel less private than I would have liked.
The check-in process was also uncomfortable. Guests were required to provide facial and fingerprint data for registration in the property’s system, which was then used to access the lobby and parking area. I was very uncomfortable with having to share such sensitive personal information just to stay at a hotel. Unfortunately, the front desk explicitly stated that check-in was not possible without providing these biometric details, leaving us with no real choice. I found this requirement intrusive and would have strongly preferred an alternative access method.

Location was excellent in pleasant area within walking distance of V&A waterfront.
The place was well stocked with coffee and milk, as well as tea bags and bottled water
The tv and sofa area was really nice to relax after a day of walking or before looking round the local area
Bathroom was modern
The bedroom is at the front of the property, and very noisy in the mornings with people walking by
