Very disappointed. Will not book again. House keeping and cleanliness need improvement.

Location, pool, rooms and bathrooms met our expectations.

However, overall cleanliness was very poor. Dirty dishcloths on the counter, smelly fridge and sofa, no toilet paper, previous occupants' hair attached to the shower wall tiles, a mouldy shower curtain and refuse left inside the bins. After complaining to the host, house keeping staff showed up without warning. They left as soon as they noticed we were still inside. Very unprofessional.

Not worth the money

The property was not bad as in rooms and sizes and furniture at least it was decorated nicely

I did not like that you cannot speak to a person. I texted them once because there was no umbrellas by the pool they answered back but they did not fix the problem. Also out of four tvs none of them worked. And at 3.30am somebody tried to get in the property i guess they never change the code because that day also the pool guy walked right into the yard but we were lucky that the other door was locked. Also the oven did not work

Great location, but if you want a clean place dont book, the place isnt taken care of in between guests and it really sh

Location and house itself was charming

It wasnt kept well, one of the bathrooms ceiling was almost falling apart - it was being kept in tact with a stick. Shower curtain was slimy and brown, light bulbs were missing or no lights at all. Fridge was disgusting and smelled bad When we arrived the pool qrea was with empty bottles, food and trash on the floor. Check in is also a nightmare, we got our code 1 hour late - i guess thet release the codes at 4pm UK time not Malta time. The villa is operated from UK with AI whatsapp system, customer care is really slow

Mixed feelings

The pool The location The quite The charges for the a/c was really fair

There is very little light in all of the villa except the living room, I noticed a hanging light fitting holding on to the wires on the bath tub in one of the bathrooms (which we were not using to be fair, but still rapresents a serious hazard. And yes in most bathrooms theres no water pressure, could be because of the pipes are old or the need of a water pump When I chose the villa I chose as it was pet friendly as well and I saw that a "small charge may apply" but I wouldn't call €170 a small charge. This is absolutley a theft, and please dont come replying saying that it is a small charge, if I knew before paying about how gross the charge was I would reconsider in renting the place and was the booking refundable I would had cancelled the booking, so please be honest about the charge and make it clear how mich is it per night before booking. Adding to this there was another €30 for the insurance to pay for a place that needs a deep and serious maintanance from the entrance to the pool area, so summing everything up it came to cost €200 more than the original price before booking. When we first arrived I was told that someone had to come to mantaine the pool, but in one whole week no one ever came and I am more than sure that the last 3 days the pool needed chlorine. This villa has a wonderfull potential and if taken very care of could be heaven, but for the moment is lacking from a lot of things. Even from basic things perspective. I am not saying that it was a nightmare of course as we still enjoyed our time staying there but no I cant say it was the perfext stay. Just please consider about doing the needed maintanance and be straight forward about all the extra charges before someone commits to book.

Wbrew opiniom poprzednich klientów lokal był świetny!! Czysty, pięknie urządzony, z porządnym basenem. Okolica świetna, cicha i jest wiele knajp. Polecam samemu się przekonać!

Z kranów leci dość mało wody, warto to naprawić…
