Very noisy, we could not sleep at night, flooring made of tiles transmits every sound from upstairs.

There no insulation against the noise, the flooring on the upper floor is made of tiles which is extremely noisy. We could not sleep on our first night informed the host that could not do anything not being physically present on the premises. We requested to terminate our stay earlier but the host did not agree to a partial refund. Upon arrival we noticed that the address indicated on Booking was not the actual address.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property to other travellers

nothing.

The room we had originally booked was changed to a smaller room without any prior notice or consultation. We were offered an alternative apartment of an inferior standard, which was completely unacceptable, particularly given that we were travelling with a child with a disability. Furthermore, a bag containing used bed linen and towels from previous guests had been left outside, right by the entrance, raising concerns about the cleanliness and overall management of the property. Despite raising our concerns and requesting an appropriate resolution, our complaints were not adequately addressed. Instead, we were advised to cancel the booking and request a refund, placing the burden of resolving the situation on us. This experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard of service and accommodation we had reasonably expected. The lack of prior communication, the downgrade in accommodation, and the failure to address our concerns were unacceptable.

8 / 10

Good rooms and location. Need transportation to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Good communication. Earlier check-in.

Air conditioning working but not adjustable. One of three rooms extremely cold. Other two rooms wouldn't get to cool temperature. Remotes for air conditioning although working wouldn't adjust temperature up or down.

La posizione comodissima con la spiaggia, ci si può andare tranquillamente a piedi, e vicina anche al centro di Sperlonga. La casa è di recente costruzione ed ha un bel patio.

Qualche elettrodomestico parzialmente funzionante.
