Never more

The property has 2 separated bedrooms and 1 living room. Thats really good and comfortable to stay.

I am an experienced traveler, and this is the first time I have encountered a situation like this. Upon arrival, you are required to pay a deposit. Otherwise, you will not receive the check-in instructions. The information about the deposit is carefully hidden in the terms and conditions, but it is there. This is the first time I have experienced something like this — perhaps the apartment is considered luxury? There is a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain, so intense that it could make you feel faint. It seems that the management is aware of the issue, as the drain was tightly sealed to minimize the odor. It was cold. The outside temperature was 0°C, and in the bedroom we had to place blankets on the windowsill to block the draft and avoid getting sick. It was cold in all rooms. My main complaints are about the management company itself. I spent 45 minutes trying to find the key using extremely poorly written instructions. I tried calling about six times to clarify the details. Why don’t you call back? Why do you respond to messages only after three hours? How is it possible to work with you if the phones are not answered at the most critical moments?
