Great location by the river. Lovely warm house.

The only issue were the 2 beds (out of the 5 beds) that were very hard and I would recommend replacing them.

Property was a good size for large families. Close to shopping facilities. A lovely view from the back deck of the Waikato river.

No fly screens on the windows.

The space, location, view and setup overall of the house.

Some of the mattresses on the beds were very hard.
