Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war großartig! Die Räume sind sehr großzügig, clever geschnitten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Zahlreiche gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein – nur eine Gehminute zum Strand, während Einkaufszentrum und kleine Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür liegen. Der Gastgeber war hervorragend: stets aufmerksam, schnell erreichbar und immer bemüht, meine Anliegen sofort umzusetzen. Die Kommunikation war durchgehend unkompliziert und angenehm. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft jedem Besucher uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Je ne recommande pas

Emplacement central, proche restaurants et corniche de Malabata. Arrivée tardive prise en charge, Soufiane présent pour l’accès et quelques explications.

Appartement sale dès l’arrivée. Cuisine avec graisses incrustées sur armoires et tiroirs, bouilloire pas propre et brûlée à'interieur, donc pas envie de l'utiliser. Très peu de vaisselles et ustensiles, du coup nous mangions uniquement à l'extérieur. Pas d'essui de cuisine, pas de machine à café, pas de produits ménager (sauf un peu de produit vaisselle), Chambres : armoires poussiéreuses, portes coulissantes bloquées (impossible à ouvrir correctement, au risque de les sortir du rail). Seulement 2 cintres disponibles. Étagères tellement sales que nous avons dû les frotter nous-mêmes. Miroirs d’armoires dégueulasses, couverts de traces de doigts. La poignée de la porte d'une chambre était manquante donc impossible de fermer la porte. Elle a été bloqué avec du papier vers le bas Salle de douche : pommeau de douche détaché du flexible dès la première utilisation, nous avons demandé qu'il soit remplacé car indispensable. Douche fêlée à certains endroits, du coup pas mal d'eau s'écoule l'extérieur. Écoulement très lent, probablement encombré, à cause de cela, l'eau déborde malgré la présence du rebord. Aussi il y a toujours de l'eau qui stagne et rend l’entrée dans la douche dangereuse. Contours remplis de moisissures. Seulement deux serviettes par personne pour 14 jours alors qu'il est indiqué linge de maison, dans ce cas au compte goûte. Pas de sèche cheveux . Aussi, lors de ma réservation, il était indiqué 2 salles de douche, cela a changé après avoir fait la réflexion à notre arrivée. Bruit permanent, jour et nuit : boulevard extrêmement animé, isolation des murs si existante, peu efficace. Double vitrage inefficace, probablement thermique mais certainement pas phonique. Pas de climatisation utilisable (appareils présents mais aucune télécommande fournie, certainement intentionnel), donc obligation de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, ce qui rend le bruit insupportable.
