About this apartment rental
This 100-square-meter apartment in a quaint apartment building with a 500-square-meter idyllic garden features 3 large living/bedrooms, a kitchen, a balcony, and storage rooms with ample space (for ski equipment). The bathroom and toilet are accessible from all rooms.
Despite its quiet location, public transportation and shopping are just a 5–10-minute walk away.

- Parking: Parking on the street (entire Galgenbühelweg) is not permitted. This is a residential street where only residents with permanent addresses (NOT GUESTS) are allowed to park. Parking enforcement officers conduct regular checks >>> Any resulting fines will not be covered by the host // The host is not liable for fines.
- The property is directly adjacent to a garden and forest >> Sometimes insects find their way into the living area. This is quite normal on the outskirts of town. “City kids” are asked to be understanding :)
ATTENTION:
-The entrance gate to the courtyard must be closed without exception (risk of injury to passersby!! The host assumes no liability!!)
-Strictly prohibited: Do not leave the key in the apartment door! The host cannot enter the accommodation >> rude behavior will NOT be tolerated
Miscellaneous:
- Number of bedrooms available depending on the number of guests (1–2 guests = 1 bedroom, 3–4 guests = 2 bedrooms, 5–6 guests = 3 bedrooms)
- The storage room may only be used after receiving instructions from the host
- If you need the garage key for the storage room, please contact the host. The host keeps the key.
- Keep the kitchen door closed at all times and open the kitchen window while cooking (to prevent odors).
- Always wash cutlery and dishes after cooking!!
- With the exception of the storage room, do not enter any rooms in the basement (private use)
