The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Sönhüs on an approx. 860 m² of land with mature landscaping.
You enter the ground-floor apartment through a small entryway.
Living/Dining Area: The bright living area invites you to relax with its cozy upholstered furniture, TV, electric fireplace, and a small desk that also makes it possible to work remotely while on vacation. The spacious dining area, which seats up to 4 people, is also located in the living area, from which you have access to the beautiful west-facing terrace with patio furniture, a beach chair, and an electric grill. A small and cozy sunroom with a separate entrance adjoins the terrace and is perfect for relaxing reading sessions with a view of the green garden.
Kitchen: Separate and well-equipped kitchen in a modern country-style design.
Bedroom 1: Cozy double bed, built-in closets, and TV. From this bedroom, you have direct access to a private bathroom and the furnished west-facing terrace.
