This vacation rental is located on the upper and attic floors of Haus Borelör (known as “Badegäste” in the Frisian dialect), which was built in 1930 in the seaside resort style. A house steeped in history awaits you.

Living/Dining Area: Spacious living area with cozy upholstered furniture, an electric fireplace, and a TV. A large dining table for 4 people invites you to linger.

Kitchen: Well-equipped country-style kitchen with an additional dining area for 4 people.

Bedroom: Cozy double bed, dresser, built-in closet, TV, and window.

Bathroom 1: Modern shower room with a window on the living area level.

Garden: An outdoor area on the property is available for your exclusive use, featuring a brick charcoal grill, a beach chair, a garden lounger, and a seating area. In the garden shed, you’ll find a sauna with loungers for shared use, as well as a separate restroom. In the garage, there’s a small separate room with a washer and dryer. In the garden, you can store your bicycles under cover and securely.

Location: You’ll be staying in a popular residential neighborhood in Westerland. Downtown Westerland, with its restaurants and shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach, with its beautiful promenade, is also within walking distance.

Special Feature: Our beautiful Borelör Apartment 1 is located in the same building. Ground Floor (63/1), which accommodates up to 4 people. If interested, both vacation rentals can be booked together to accommodate up to 6 people.
