About this apartment rental
In a quiet and secure residential complex, nestled in the heart of a 4-hectare park. A beautiful apartment with an ocean view, fully renovated in 2024, with a floor area of 27 m².
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- Living area: living room with a sleeper sofa, bar-style dining table with stools, and TV. Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, two-burner stovetop, range hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker,...
- A small bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a closet, and a bathroom with a toilet and a 4-kg washing machine. It also features a lovely garden, a terrace for outdoor dining, and an underground parking space. Air conditioning is installed in the living room (ONLY) but cools the entire apartment.
It is located a 10-minute walk from the beach. You’ll have access to a very large infinity pool, generally open from May through October (sun loungers available for a fee of 10 euros per person per day or 5 euros per person per half-day), a tennis court, and a playground for children. It’s ideal for a seaside vacation. Several bus lines serve the neighborhood.
