This historic and stately beach villa, centrally located in Bansin, looks forward to your visit.
The original wooden house, which is over 100 years old, features four rustic-style vacation apartments, three of which offer unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea (except for Apartment 03). The beach villa stands out for its exceptional location right on the beach promenade in the front row.
Access is via Bergstraße 47.

A separate entrance on the promenade side leads you into this charming vacation apartment.
The highlight of the apartment is the separate sitting area with an unobstructed ocean view. From there, you enter the cozy living room. The comfortable leather wingback chair invites you to relax with a book and wind down at the end of the day. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, the sleeper sofa provides space for the 3rd and 4th guests.
The separate kitchen offers plenty of space to let your culinary skills run wild. From the kitchen, you’ll enter the dining room with a bench, where you can let your gaze wander.
One parking space on the property is available free of charge (please note: narrow access road).
Since we are partners with the Golfhotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you’ll receive a 30% discount on green fees at these golf clubs.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
