Como Lake & Mountain is a beautiful, newly built apartment with views of the lake and mountains, featuring a private entrance and garden. It is located on the top floor of a historic villa dating back to 1906: the view, natural light, and setting surrounded by greenery are ideal for complete relaxation just outside Como’s city center. The house offers a stunning lake view from every room, and the two terraces are equipped for dining, sunbathing, and relaxing.
The air-conditioned apartment, featuring triple-glazed windows for soundproofing, has two magnificent private terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, 1 bathroom with a toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and everything you need.
An ideal apartment for romantic getaways, but also for families, nature lovers, and those who enjoy visiting Como while staying away from the city’s hustle and bustle—just minutes from the lakefront, restaurants, and shopping areas. Pets are welcome.
Getting to and from Como:
- Street parking is free and just a few meters from the apartment; upon request, it is possible to
rent a private, covered parking space or garage
- A bus stop for buses C30 and C31 is located 50 meters from the house in the direction of Como
- By taking the “Sentiero da via Torno a Villa Geno” trail—which you can also find on Google
Maps—you can quickly reach the lakeshore in 5 minutes
- We’ll provide you with all the information about taxis and boats at check-in
Note: To ensure the utmost comfort for our guests, we’d like to point out that there are two flights of stairs leading to the apartment and that the property is located outside the city center on the historic and scenic Via Torno—the road that runs from Como up the lake to Bellagio—which is quite narrow and, in some places, lacks a sidewalk. If you are traveling with children or elderly guests, please feel free to contact us for recommendations: we will be happy to assist you.
