Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Dinard, close to the beach. It measures 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the second floor (no lift) in a quiet and secure residential block, it comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with a TV and one double sofa bed (140x190)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a walk-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x190), which can be separated into two single beds (please specify this option when booking).
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- The property features a lovely north-west-facing rooftop terrace where you can enjoy sunny days. It is equipped with a parasol, an outdoor table, chairs and garden furniture.
The flat is ideally situated in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle directly in the underground car park; the property has a private garage space. N.B.: Manoeuvring may prove more difficult for an SUV or estate car.

- Nearest railway station: 15 km away in Saint-Malo
- Nearest airport: 80 km from Rennes
