The only small things we’ll ask of you are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room on the first floor when you leave, wash your dishes, and dispose of household trash and recyclables in the villa’s bins, and to drop off glass at the town’s collection point.

• The villa price includes 16 people. Starting with the 17th person, a surcharge of 30 euros per person per night applies: just enter the correct number of guests when you book—it’s calculated automatically ;)

🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 350 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
