We love the indoor pool, of course! From January to December, it guarantees you can host a pool party, no matter the weather! And what a treat to take a dip with all your friends while sipping a cocktail—whether it’s sunny, rainy, or windy!

But there’s also a dining room that seats 30 people and a game room with a baby, an arcade machine, and a poker table—where you can dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers! Feel free to head behind the bar to finally find out what it’s like to be the bartender for the night (I’ve got the powaa)!

• That big cleanup at the end of your stay? We’ll take care of it! The only small tasks we’ll ask you to do are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room on the first floor when you leave, wash your dishes, and dispose of household trash and recyclables in the villa’s bins, and to drop off glass at the town’s collection point.

• The villa rate includes 16 people. Starting with the 17th person, a surcharge of 30 euros per person per night applies: just enter the correct number of guests when you book—it’s calculated automatically ;)

• What about the security deposit? No surprises! The rules are clear and provided before your stay



🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 500 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise level of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
