It is also 3 km from the bus station and 6 km from the train station. Although the property is located in a secluded and rural area, it is only 25 km from a rocky beach and 27 km from a sandy beach. For golf lovers, there is a golf course 35 km away. Additionally, the airport is only 41 km away. In short, this spectacular villa offers a unique experience on the island of Mallorca, with everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in a stunning setting. Additionally, it is also possible to organize special events upon request and subject to availability. *This property is located in a residential area, so only families or responsible groups of people seeking tranquility will be accepted. Young groups will not be accepted. Rules: -Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If you wish to smoke, you can do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground. -Keep order and cleanliness at all times. -Guests are responsible for the garbage generated during their stay. Please separate the garbage into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area. -Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape. -Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so moderately and respect the rules of the house. Booking Conditions: - Visitors must pay a deposit at the time of arrival of 500 Euros (in cash), it will be returned upon departure. - Tourist Tax: €2,2/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was very spacey and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host was friendly and let us check in earlier. I would definitely recommend.

We had a perfect stay at the beautiful finca. The house is very spacious and has nice terraces around it. The view from the pool area is just amazing and the whole surrounding of the is very calm. You furthermore have the beautiful sundown-light at the pool area.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Vilafranca! The hosts were really nice, early check in and late check out were no problem at all. The house is amazingly renovated, everything has been thought of and it is just beautiful! We will definitely be going back! If I had to say anything I would say the last bit of the dirt road going up the house :-)

We made a trip to the finca with 11 people. The Finca is situated alone on a hill and can only be reached on the last meters by a very stony, steep, but drivable way (a HP-technically better equipped rental car can be very helpful here ;-) ) We were welcomed very friendly by Isabel and familiarized with the very good equipment of the Finca. Shopping facilities can be found very well in Manacor, which is about 10 minutes away. Otherwise, the central location on the island is ideal for day trips. Or one spends the days at the pool (light salt water) and have bbq. All in all a really wonderful stay. We'd all like to come back.
