With high ceilings and panoramic views of the Rhone Valley and beyond, this luxury penthouse in the recent Ferme Sandra building is the perfect place to spend your time in the mountains. Located just a few minutes' walk from the Tracouet ski lifts, as well as many restaurants and bars in the heart of Haute-Nendaz, its central location is a wise choice!
The accommodation
Easily accessible (public transportation from Geneva airport in less than 3 hours), you can get there with or without a car. 2 private parking spaces located right in front of the front door of the building are waiting for you if you come by car.
The apartment has direct access from the elevator that opens into the entrance. It is furnished in a modern alpine style. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes high-end appliances. The living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the city and the mountains beyond and a sunny terrace that can be enjoyed all year round. In addition, two of the four bedrooms have private balconies. For entertainment, there is a widescreen TV (with Netflix), a stereo with Bluetooth connection, and wifi throughout the apartment.
