The "Alpenpark" offers apartments furnished in a modern Alpine style with great attention to detail
—a place to relax, recharge, and feel at home.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, a separate toilet, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a spacious balcony without a mountain view but with morning sun, approx. 75 square meters, 1st floor.
A large sandbox and playground are available for our younger guests.
Our on-site mini-golf course is great fun for young and old alike.
A large lawn with a beautiful mountain view and double wooden lounge chairs invite you to relax.
Free parking is available in front of the building.
Your beloved four-legged friends are allowed in certain apartments upon request and for a fee, subject to availability...

Just a few minutes’ walk away, the picturesque Kochelsee, with its beautiful natural swimming spots, invites you during the summer months
to enjoy plenty of sunbathing and swimming. A boat tour on Lake Kochelsee is always an
experience for young and old alike. Among surfers and sailors, Lake Walchensee is considered an insider’s tip.PGJyPgPGJyPgHiking in the Herzogstand, Jochberg, and Heimgarten mountains will delight you with magnificent views of the mountain landscape.
For cyclists and mountain bikers, there are tours of all difficulty levels starting right from the house. Bicycle rentals are available in Kochel and at
Walchensee.
