Die Übergabe des Hauses war an keine Zeit gebunden. Man erhielt vom Vermieter einen Code - so muss man nicht immer nach einem Schlüssel suchen. Andrea ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, welchem es wichtig ist, wie es seinen Gästen geht - er war immer erreichbar, machte Vorschläge für Ausflüge, Fiestas, Essen oder Strände.
Auch im Haus merkte ich, dass es dem Gastgeber wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Picobello geputzt und sauber. Jede Etage mit Klima, komfortables Schlafzimmer mit grossem und gutem Bett sowie eigener Toilette, Fernsehzimmer mit grossem Fernseher, zweckmässig ausgestattete Küche und eine wunderbare Dusche. Das Haus wurde frisch renoviert mit Liebe fürs Detail und Angenehme. Auf jeder Etage konnte man den Comersee und die Berge sehen (direkt vom Bett aus). Auf der Terrasse sieht man ins Grüne und auf einen Teil des Sees. Die Lage ist in einem älteren Dorfteil, weit und breit keine Strasse. Kein Lärm - ausser das angenehme Zirpen der Zickaden.....nachts sehr ruhig.
Lierna ist ein gemütlicher, stiller, malerischer Ort - ausser im Zentrum hats viel Durchgangsverkehr. Das Haus liegt (wie es sein Name sagt) direkt am Wanderweg Sentiero del Viandante - es gibt sehr viele Spazierwege - aber auch anspruchsvolle Wanderwege. Ich war 1 Woche ohne Auto unterwegs - Supermercato, Bahn, Schiff, Dorfzentrum sind ca 1.3 km weg - alles machbar und gut für die Fitness.
Ich komme gerne wieder....
Check-in Seite war etwas kompliziert und für mich nicht so logisch konstruiert. Etwas mehr Wasser zur Verfügung stellen - man ist froh wenn man sich am Anreise- und Folgetag nicht darum kümmern muss.

The property was absolutely perfect for us (family of 4). It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We loved the fully equipped kitchen so it was easy to make breakfast and sit on the terrace each morning, and take in the beautiful views. The house has been renovated to a very high standard. The location is great, the small town Lierna is a great base for exploring Como as theres not many crowds compared to the bigger towns (we were the only people boarding the ferry, no queues!). You do need a car for sure as its located up in the hills, however, we walked from the train station and although uphill, its not an impossible walk (our 7 year old was fine!). Overall we all absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

It’s a good place to stay, the house is very clean. Also, it’s located in Lierna, very quiet area. We are happy to stay here.
It’s better to have curtains in the bedroom.
