Poor Experience

- Good location relative to the centre of town, shops, bars and restaurants - Property was modern - The garden was good to have - It was possible to store bikes in the garden - The kitchen seemed well equipped

- We weren't provided with any check in instructions from the hosts. Despite messaging 2 hours before our check in time to ask for info, I had to send two further messages and make two (unanswered) calls to the hosts to get the lock box code for the keys to the property, and we weren't told there was a box in the first place; we had to hunt around for it - The property was not clean when we entered, nor were the beds made or towels available. Only after messaging the hosts to tell them this did they respond saying the cleaner was on their way. After spending a day cycling 70km in 30ºC (I told the hosts we would be arriving by bicycle as part of a cycle tour), this was frustrating. Our evening was eaten into as we had to wait for the cleaner to arrive and finish their duties before we could shower and change, etc. Even then, the cleaner had missed things due to being in a rush - There were things in disrepair e.g. a bedside shelf had fallen off the wall in one of the bedrooms, the shower head holder was loose, the toilet flush sometimes did not work at all (water was filling the cistern randomly), a heater not properly attached to the wall, the upstairs bedroom had no blind or curtain over the windows and a window was stuck open - The property was advertised to come with WiFi, but no passcode was provided - We think there may have been bedbugs as all of us noticed small, red, itchy bites (not mosquito bites) the next day - The communication from the hosts was overall poor throughout our stay

Le logement est sale ! Portes cassées, frigidaire complétement givré un hôtel de passe tout simplement ! Le propriétaire est totalement injoignable c'est inacceptable n'espérez pas une réponse de sa part .

Propreté moyenne. Absence de protège matelas, de sous-taies d’oreiller, couette souillée. Équipements de la maison cassés (étagère chambre, douche)

Emplacement interessant, facilité de parking, petit espace de jardin pour y mettre les velos.

Manque d'entretien en général: salle de bains : beaucoup d'humidité et de moisissure, besoin d'être assainie...pas envie de s'y doucher.. chambres: pas très propres, beaucoup de moustiques, en plus de ceux qui sont écrasés sur les murs ...matelas taché le freezer complétement bouché par la glace, beaucoup de petites réparations à faire pour remédier aux dégradations Marche dangereuse dans la pièce de vie

L emplacement proche de St Lo.

Ménage un peu limite (aspirateur dyson non vidé et posé dans le séjour, mégots plein le barbecue) Quelque petits travaux seraient à réaliser pour cacher des trous par ci-par là. Serviettes de douche à peine sèches
