Not a villa

The location is good with a walking distance to the city centre. The kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment doesn't live up to the photos presented. It is definitely not a villa. It's a two floor apartment with the base floor in a basement. The basement was smelling of mold and the staircase leading to it is very narrow. There are three bedrooms and a kitchen. There is only one bathroom with one toilet so definitely not suitable for large groups as presented. We were a group of four and we were not asked if we wanted to have sofas made to beds.

Very good location

Smells like mold, definitely not for that much people - most of the beds are super uncomfortable. A lot of mosquitoes inside the apartment.

Great value for the money

Multiple room villa with three double beds and a bunch of sofas turning into beds. Great location and friendly staff.

The beds were not great but totally worth it.

This is not a villa, but at most an annex for servants and storage

Upon arrival at 4:30 PM, the apartment was unheated, it was below 10 degrees Celsius in the apartment, and the central heating was not working. In a phone conversation at 5:00 PM, the owner informed me that a radiator was broken and that a plumber would come sometime in the evening to repair the heating. Although we had booked four beds, only two beds were ready to be used. We had come from a long journey and wanted to rest, and the conditions at the property were incompatible with comfort. We decided to cancel the reservation and request a refund of the full amount paid in advance for accommodation. The owner aggressively refused our request, although he did not offer the agreed accommodation conditions. The cleanliness on site leaves much to be desired, the entrance to the apartment is through a construction site, and part of the lighting in the apartment does not work. There were not enough sheets for the number of tourists we booked for, and not enough toilet paper in the only bathroom available. The accommodation is not a “villa” as the owner falsely claims, but an annex building at the back of the yard, which has more than half of the accommodation space in a basement/semi-basement without proper light and heat. It is not a villa, but at most an annex for servants and storage. It is impossible to find a parking space in the area if you come by car. The area is extremely crowded because the Romanian Police car registration service operates there.
