A great short break in the lovely city of Alicante.

Very central to everything. A very short stroll to the beach or marina. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Because of its location it was very noisy, but we accepted this.

We will use the same place again

the location, the lift, the size of the room is just enough for us

The strong smell from the toilet which is present the whole time we stayed there. I pointed this out to the landlord and he was apologetic on it and will look into this so the next customer will have a better stay.

Brilliant short city break.

The location was fantastic. Ideally situated for the beach and the city. Host had excellent communications with us prior too and during our stay. Despite having an early flight the host organised for us to leave our luggage is a safe locked area until 4pm check in. Would definitely recommend for a short break away.

Wonderful location and perfectly clean

My daughter and I recently stayed here and couldn’t have asked for a better location — just a short walk from the beach, with restaurants, shops, and a couple of supermarkets all close by. There’s also a lovely little coffee shop nearby, perfect for a morning coffee before heading out. The accommodation itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The welcome bottle of water and wine was a really nice touch and much appreciated after our journey. We’ll definitely be back!

It was perfect
