the apartment is well furnished with love and care, it provides all necessary items in kitchen, down to dish washing tablet, detergent, and all cooking tools. Location is fantastic, close to direct tram station for a short ride to Heideberg old town. Staff member Tracy was extremely helpful to provide extra bath stahl for safety after my surgery. provide extra armchair so I could use it as support to get in/out of bed. Very caring.
the apartment is brand new, however there is a few construction issues. 1. the shelf unit under the sink fell apart, the bedside wall unit is not secured properly. No shower cap. Our apartment was unfortunately street facing, so it is very very lousy with the tram running all the time.

"It is very clean and very quiet. The staff is very friendly. Everything you needed, for example grocery, bakery, was in walking distance."
