Uncomfortable Stay - Better Options in Cape Town for the Same Price

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing and did not offer good value for the price. We arrived at the agreed time, but the room was not ready, and we were only able to check in about an hour later (someone was still doing their personal laundry in the room). Communication was poor, with outdated or missing information, and we had to ask for basic details such as WiFi, parking, and check-in instructions. The room was not properly cleaned, and the available toiletries were very limited. It was also not possible to fully darken the room. The surroundings were extremely noisy (weekend), with heavy traffic and loud parties nearby. The atmosphere in the house felt uncomfortable, and the neighbourhood did not feel very safe compared to other places we stayed in South Africa. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation.
