About this villa rental
La dolce vita. Pasta, wine, and a private beach.
A private beach with paddleboats and a hammock nestled among palm trees. From the terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the neighboring park.
A wonderful house with a great bar just a paddle away—or a 5-minute walk. You can also have à la carte meals delivered from the bar to your own garden.
We absolutely love it here ourselves, but unfortunately we aren’t able to spend the whole summer here.

Late or early check-in/check-out:
If you’d like to check in early or check out late, this is possible upon request for an additional fee of 30 € per hour.
Interim cleaning service:
If you wish, I can arrange for the cleaning staff to come by for an interim cleaning. This would be billed at an hourly rate of 20 € per hour.
Chef:
For those who’d like to enjoy a delicious meal in their own villa without the stress of cooking and cleaning up, I can arrange for a chef and waitstaff. The costs depend on the scope of services and would need to be clarified in advance. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
