Hidden from the prying eyes of passersby yet located in a central area, just a few meters from the sea and local amenities, Chiaro di Luna features an entryway with a staircase leading to the upper level, a kitchen, a living room with a sun terrace, a small bedroom with two single beds, and a master bedroom with a small terrace overlooking the narrow streets. Dine under the moonlight on one of the most picturesque terraces along the Pisciotta waterfront.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (split unit located in the common area), a fireplace, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, sun loungers, and books.
From June through September, a municipal tourist tax is required, which is not included in the VRBO rates (0.50 cents in June and September, 1.00 in July, 2.00 euros in August per day per person for the first 10 consecutive days—children under 16 are exempt).
