The apartment is located in the idyllic village of Holzhäusern near Tettnang, nestled in the rolling countryside of the Lake Constance hinterland. Perfect for cyclists, hikers, those seeking peace and quiet, and anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle.
The garden and parts of the yard are currently still under construction, but this does not prevent you from enjoying the fully completed apartment.
Three cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, a luxurious walk-in shower—and as the icing on the cake: a balcony and a large rooftop terrace. Here, you can listen to the birds chirping in the morning, enjoy the sunset over the hop gardens and orchards with a glass of wine in the evening—and on clear days, you can even see the Alps in the distance.
