Great location, excellent staff, best shower!!

The staff are really kind and individually friendly. This is definitely a “new hotel feel” that is just figuring things out. There’s certainly no learning of guest preferences - as there’s jumbled communication between staff members and many staff members are doing several jobs such as preparing food, cleaning rooms, setting up beds and handling luggage.
The rooms themselves are beautiful, larger than average and things feel new. The breakfast in the morning is very cute (albeit slow depending on how many people show up at the same time because it’s prepared on a tiny cook plate in an adjacent room).
Again, communication is really the main issue between staff at this hotel, which I hope they’ll get figured out in due time.

Superb- location is quite but central, property is beautiful and the rooms are lovely with immaculate attention to details. Staff goes above and beyond to help guests in every possible way.
It is one of the best choices we made in our stay in Paris.
