About this apartment rental
Quiet vacation rental with a terrace in an ideal location on the green outskirts of town. This bright, detached apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a 140-size bed and a 140-size sleeper sofa, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet—ideal for couples or small families. It features a beautiful terrace.
The lake is about a 10-minute walk away, and downtown Überlingen is about 1.5 km away. There’s a bus stop next to the house, and hiking and biking trails start right in front of the house. It’s a 10–15-minute walk to the Nußdorf train station, as well as to a bakery, grocery store, restaurant, bike rental, and beach.

The local tourist tax for guests 16 years of age and older is:
01, April through October 31: 4.10 € per person per night
November 1 through March 31: 3.20 € per person per night.
The fee must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
