Equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, they offer exactly the comforts that make a vacation truly relaxing. From both inside and outside, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the opposite shore, and a swim in the lake followed by breakfast on the terrace or balcony is sure to be one of the “highlights” of your stay here in Lezzeno. For a quick refreshment in between, both a private beach and an L-shaped pool (approx. 34 m², open from mid-May through the end of September, weather permitting) with a sunbathing area and an outdoor shower, both for shared use with Villa Lago di Como.
Grocery stores, bars, and cafés are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. The nearby restaurants will be happy to treat you to freshly caught lake fish and traditional dishes. Como, with its romantic old town, is only about 20 km away, and Bellagio, just about 8 km away, is also a great place to take a stroll. For sports enthusiasts, there’s a water-skiing and diving school nearby; the house itself comes with free canoes (use at your own risk). If you’d like to be treated to a culinary experience at home, you can book a chef for this purpose (price to be arranged on site).
The air conditioning in the apartments can also be used for heating during the cooler months. Additional heating is available upon request. You can park your car within the gated property.
