The attached in-law suite functions as its own private living space within the main home. It includes 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living area, along with a separate entrance at the front of the home. A private back deck also offers direct access to the pool area.
The carriage house provides even more flexibility, with 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, living and dining space, and a finished lower-level game room.
Outside, the sunny and spacious backyard is designed for summer relaxation. The heated in-ground pool is surrounded by plenty of room for lounging, outdoor dining, and spending time together after a day at the beach.

For cooling, the main house has window A/C units in the first-floor living area and bedrooms. The in-law suite has ductless wall-mounted A/C units in the living area and bedroom. The carriage house has central A/C throughout.
Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Seven-night minimum rentals, Saturday to Saturday only, are required during peak season. Four-night minimum rentals are available during the shoulder season, with check-in and check-out permitted any day. The pool is open and heated from 6/5/27 through 10/2/27. No pets, please. All linens and towels are provided.
All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a nonrefundable fee of $150 to $250, which covers administrative services and damage-waiver protection for up to $1,000 in self-reported incidental damage. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will contact you to explain the process for signing the required rental agreement. Additional damage protection is also required for this home. The preferred option is the purchase of damage insurance providing $5,000 in coverage. In lieu of purchasing this coverage, a refundable security deposit of $1,500 will be added to the reservation.
