Exceptional Accommodation.

The city view from the apartment is amazing. I would really recommend this accommodation. If I get a chance to visit Innsbruck again i will definitely choose this accommodation again.

Everything was exceptional.

The host’s abusive, hostile communication created an unsafe environment that forced us to leave earl

The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to the host’s aggressive behavior, which created an uncomfortable environment and significantly detracted from the experience.

We left early because we felt unsafe due to the host’s abusive behavior. After one polite, professional question about laundry (the bathroom photos show a washing machine that is not present in the unit), the host immediately escalated into hostile, demeaning messages rather than offering a simple clarification or nearby laundromat recommendation. All communication occurred within Booking.com’s messaging system and is documented. Because of how aggressively the host responded to that one basic question, we did not feel comfortable raising any additional concerns. For example, the dishwasher was left full for us to empty, and the bed sheets were put on inside out - small details, but indicative of the level of care given to preparing the unit for guests. Examples of messages we received from the host include: “Keep your lecturing to yourself and learn to read. Continue to bitch, that is all you can do.” “We are not even reading this big amount of shit.” “No nonstop complaining and bitching. The biggest abuse is your incompetence.” The host repeatedly referred to us as “the so-called guest,” threatened to file a “fraud case,” and, in communications with Booking.com that they also sent to us, stated that a guest should remember they are “not a customer in her local Walmart.” After we contacted Booking.com to report the aggressive tone, the host continued sending hostile messages rather than allowing the platform to mediate. We travel frequently and have stayed in hundreds of rentals worldwide and have never experienced anything like this. While the apartment may look fine in photos, the environment created by the host’s communication and lack of basic hosting standards led us to leave early for our own peace of mind and safety. There is currently an open claim with Booking.com.
